Caught in the Storm by bonbon3272 Caught in the Storm by bonbon3272
Scene from the story where Corrigan has a hand in creating the storm that destroys a well-known carriage flying towards its home in the clouds. May want to consider keeping such things on the ground :)

The moral of the story is: never annoy a harpy. Very dynamic pose and he looks absolutely wicked in this shot. :)

This scene was pretty awesome. In the story, Keith is being taken to a floating castle because that's where his new master is (Keith being a slave at this point). Corrigan is sent by Jenario to get Keith because Jenario wants to study a Healer (btw, Keith is "Wisdom" but he doesn't go by that name until the second book :) Corrigan is under the impression that he can use Jenario's power, which is a hoax, because Jenario goes into Corrigan's mind and starts controling him at certain points. Kind of crazy!

Ouch, poor Corrigan and Keith. Jenario, from what I gather, is a major jerk.

Well, it's actually a crucial point, because as Keith's bascially falling to his death, Nature asks him to become One. It's the whole connection between Keith's kind and Nature. It's what makes them what they are. So at this point, he has no choice because he's about to die...dum dum dum. So how does Nature help him??? Hmmmm. Good point. Okay, you're One now. Bye! What?! LOL. Yea, big moment for Keith. I think Corrigan finds it in his heart to become a hero too.

Sounds a little bit like what Xenophon did to Isktyr when he was about to die, hence bringing on a whole set of problems the poor guy has to face in order to overcome difficulties that began long before he came along.

And yay, Corrigan gets to be an anti-hero of sorts. :)

Yea, I love Cori. He's a cool guy. Will he ever find his mother? Haven't gotten too far on that, but I think in the second book his mother ends up being Wisdom's servant, and doesn't know it. Something to that affect :)
