Angel Fish Sculpture

I bought this root-looking thing at the pet store, supposedly to put in the bottom of a fish tank for fish to swim around. But I don't have a tank. And I don't have fish. So I thought it would be cool to sculp my own angel fish around the tree root. So far, this is what I have. I was thinking of adding some other fish around the top, then paint them.
